I visited Rick’s based on a recommendation from my designer to explore options for replacing my cabinet hardware. The door mentioned that appointments were encouraged, but this wasn’t stated anywhere on the website. Since the store was completely empty, I figured I’d stop in to see if I could schedule an appointment and maybe browse in the meantime.From the moment I walked in, I was met with an incredibly rude staff member who seemed annoyed before I even said much. Her attitude was so off-putting that I decided I no longer wanted an appointment at all. I completely understand the need for appointments to respect customers’ time, but there’s no excuse for treating potential clients so dismissively.If appointments are required, the website should clearly state that—especially since, when I brought this up, I was told it wasn’t her job to update the website. A little courtesy goes a long way in customer service, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking here.

Leaving my daughters school today in Carrollton and watched these two vans speed through a VERY obvious school zone. Right in front of an elementary and middle school.
